Summary of Buy and Sell Rules for Forex Black Magic System

Setup Instructions:

  1. Copy indicator files (.ex4) to the "…/experts/indicators" folder in your Metatrader 4 installation folder.
  2. Copy the template file (.tpl) to the "…/templates" folder in your Metatrader 4 installation folder.
  3. Run Metatrader 4.
  4. Apply the "forexblackmagic" template to any chart.

Trading Rules:

  1. Indicator Setup:
    • Wait for the BKMGC_2 indicator to print a green line for a long trigger or a red line for a short trigger.
  2. Confirmation with BKMGC_3 Indicator:
    • Long Trade: After a green line appears on BKMGC_2, check the BKMGC_3 indicator. All cycle lines must be below the grey horizontal line within 10-20 bars from the green line.
    • Short Trade: After a red line appears on BKMGC_2, check the BKMGC_3 indicator. All cycle lines must be above the grey horizontal line within 10-20 bars from the red line.
  3. Entry Point:
    • Long Trade: Enter at the close of the first green bar on the BKMGC_1 indicator.
    • Short Trade: Enter at the close of the first red bar on the BKMGC_1 indicator.

Additional Information:

  • This system can be used on all currency pairs and timeframes from 5 minutes up to monthly.

Summary:

  • Long Trade:
    1. Wait for a green line on BKMGC_2.
    2. Confirm within 10-20 bars that all cycle lines on BKMGC_3 are below the grey line.
    3. Enter at the close of the first green bar on BKMGC_1.
  • Short Trade:
    1. Wait for a red line on BKMGC_2.
    2. Confirm within 10-20 bars that all cycle lines on BKMGC_3 are above the grey line.
    3. Enter at the close of the first red bar on BKMGC_1.
